The Director, Commercial Innovation, OTTAVA will be responsible for building the OTTAVA strategy for customer support and value-added services as OTTAVA prepares to launch in regions across the globe. The Director, Commercial Innovation, OTTAVA will report into the Senior Director, Commercial Excellence. This role will partner across Surgery to ensure we are able to provide correct offerings to the customer at the right time, augmenting our existing suite of offerings where needed. This role requires strong collaboration skills and partnership with sales, marketing, professional education, service solutions, commercial operations, contracting and the Polyphonic team.

Major Duties Responsibilities:Design the end-to-end deployment of the customer support team that will enable the successful integration and adoption of the Ottava program within the hospital system.Enable smooth experiences to maximize adoption of OTTAVA across all user personas (e.g. Nurses, Surgeons, Robotic Coordinators, OR Director, IT department).Support new system integration, connectivity, scheduling, inventory management and cleaning sterilization for hospital systems.Provide consultative support for OR optimization, efficiency, inventory management, patient engagement activation, and marketing across open, lap and robotics.Implement data analytics to drive system adoption .Support education and training strategies for various user personas.Provide career development, performance management, and coaching employees to assist in talent development.Foster teamwork, diversity, and inclusion within team, between teams and other groups.The role builds and champions a collaborative team culture and continuous team integration. The role inspires and provides team member motivation and recognition.

The anticipated base pay for this role is $167,000 to $289,800.
