We are seeking a candidate with deep expertise in the Healthcare industry, particularly in IT and related delivery capabilities. As the Delivery and Client Services (DCS) leader, you will oversee a team of senior consultants and consultants within your delivery organization. You will spearhead strategic pursuits, lead proposal development, and deliver compelling presentations to create business solutions that align with client growth requirements and market-driven enhancements. Your team will be responsible for winning competitive proposals and successfully executing assignments, projects, and large delivery programs, coordinating with both local and global delivery centers.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model with weekly travel to Canton, MA.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Service Delivery Accountability: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
Opportunity Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Proposal Leadership: Lead the creation of proposals and continuously evolve our solution offerings.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to a team of professionals, including direct reports and global delivery teams.
Engagement Success: Ensure the success of client engagements through effective use of global delivery and vendor partners.
Client Satisfaction: Partner with account management teams to manage and enhance client satisfaction.
Best Practices Application: Implement best practices in delivery and customer management, including succession planning, performance reviews, and financial management.Strategic Contribution: Contribute to business strategy and budget planning.
Profitability Management: Oversee the profitability of engagements and manage P&L responsibilities.
Contract Negotiations: Handle contract negotiations with clients.
Operational Management: Manage the operational aspects of client engagements.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and service delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies.
• Financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
• Familiarity with global delivery models and vendor management.
• Minimum of 5 years leading medium to large teams of IT professionals.
• At least 10 years of experience in defining, selling, and delivering business and IT solutions.
• 5+ years of Healthcare Payer business experience.
• Proven experience managing a P&L within a consulting organization or a significant management role within a practice.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement growth strategies in a consulting services environment.
• Experience in business development, including strategic sales planning.
• Solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&L management, complex pricing models, and contracts management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level client executives, aiming to become their trusted advisor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A keen, flexible, and solution-oriented intellect.
• Superior conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep expertise in the Healthcare industry, particularly in IT and related delivery capabilities.
• Ability to bring innovative solutions and thought leadership to clients.
• Experience in leading strategic pursuits, proposal development, and delivering compelling presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $134,400- $235,200.
