Minimum of 3 days per week onsite. + A minimum of 20 years of experience in the Data & Analytics field, with a proven track record of repeated success. + At least 10 years as a Director in a large enterprise. + In-depth knowledge of data governance, analytics, data management technologies, and processes. + Proven experience in applying agile and product-based methodologies to drive data initiatives. + Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. + Extensive experience with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements. + A highly proactive, independent individual, with a demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of the space. + Master's degree in a relevant field. + Fluent in English and at least basic proficiency in German. + Available for 30% international travel.
