At Morgan Philips, we are looking for a Product Director for a software multinational company. Defining the Product Roadmap establishing weekly priorities and tasks to be addressed by each of the development teams based on profitability criteria, RICE,  focusing on the tasks that provide more value as those associated with new customers to complete the onboarding and tasks that allow future increase the group's revenue versus technical tasks or incidents.

Responsabilities:

Responsible of the development and definition of the products of the company.  Monthly reports to obtain a balance of the tasks performed. Manage the Product managers team who will give more technical or product support for new products. Analyze the services of the competitors and have permanent contact with customers to understand and establish the most strategic new functionalities. Avoid particular requirements prioritize more the new services.
Requirements Over 8-10 years of product management expertise, including leadership of teams, development of product strategies, and oversight of the product lifecycle from inception to market launch, with a preference for technology-driven sectors. Demonstrated track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing). Proficient in aligning product strategies with overarching business objectives, emphasizing revenue growth and innovation. Experienced in Agile and Lean methodologies. Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey product vision to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive alignment and support. Fluent in English
