Director Demand Partnership

The Director Demand Partnership will be responsible for prospecting, managing and growing monetization partners, including but not limited to prospecting new business, focusing on revenue streams in lead and call sales for Health / Medicare Insurance.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

Manage pipeline and effectively articulate progress towards key sales goals 

Drive end-to-end onboarding and launch for new lead and call sales clients from prospect creation, value proposition, negotiation, and deal closure 

Develop scalable strategies to drive client acquisition, increase profitability, and position HealthPlanOneas a leader in health insurance and Medicare vertical distribution 

Prepare and deliver ongoing account performance reports, while working closely with leadership to forecast and track key account metrics/goals 

Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and adjust strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth targets 

Other duties as assigned 

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience  

5-7 years of experience in insurance lead and/or call sales, preferably in the Health Insurance and/or Medicare verticals 

Experience in lead, click, and call monetization, leveraging data to optimize profitability and stay ahead in a competitive market 

Familiarity with tools like RingBa, Invoca, MediaAlpha; experience with ping API’s a bonus 

Experience traveling and networking at  conferences and/or trade shows 

The ability to take ambiguous, unstructured problems and solve them in a data supported manner 

Strong communication skills to deliver information effectively and influence all levels of management 

Preferred Skills/Abilities: 

Experience in insurance lead generation 

Experience in call center organizations or pay per call marketing is a plus 

 

Physical Requirements: 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 

Travel as needed
