Job Summary/Description:

We’re looking for a talented leader and designer to head up GDM design, the team that creates ads for client campaigns on digital media across the US. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving results in incredible creative, loves to lead people and has the ability to manage complex systems and vendors for optimal outcomes. This position is fully remote.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-Lead a team of designers who develop static and HTML creatives for multiple platforms to provide over-the-top customer service
-Strategize and manage overall systems and processes.
-Work with relevant vendors and partners and lead contract discussions.
-Streamline work and communication for optimal service.
-Actively contribute as a part of the GDM Management Team, responsible for all digital sales from start to finish. This includes bigger picture items and upholding our vision and team values.

Qualifications/Requirements:

-Years of experience in leading a team of designers
-Experience with vendors and contract work
-The ability to strategize and implement new workflow strategies as the environment changes rapidly
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Google Web Design
-A strong creative design portfolio, specifically in marketing
-HTML, CSS and Java Script familiarity
