How will you make an impact in this role?
The GCS Product Portfolio Planning team centrally leads planning, prioritization and delivery of technology investments across GCS Products. This Director will lead transforming and continually optimizing the process to ensure that our tech capacity is always focused on our top business priorities and ensure priorities delivered on time with quality.
This will involve partnering closely with the GCS Product Development and Product Management teams to support strategic decision-making, as well as navigating the Enterprise Tech Planning Process and aligning with numerous stakeholders across product and technology teams to drive GCS Product strategic objectives.
Lead the transformation, optimization, and management of GCS Products Planning both in Annual Tech Investment Planning and iteratively throughout the year. Manage an iterative strategic planning process, including providing clear and accurate status of initiatives, leading intake and assessment of new demand, and facilitating leadership decision-making. Consult with business partners to understand their strategic objectives, shape into customer deliverables, and assess next steps for implementation. Continuously improve the investment planning processes to drive greater efficiency, agility, and effectiveness. Partner with LPM, Tech, Product teams to build strong relationships and improve collaboration and communication among all stakeholders Create, maintain and drive high-level project plans for key GCS Product priorities with business case, objectives, requirements, milestones, timeline, and roles & responsibilities Identification and remediation of program-level risks, and own reporting activity across all leadership audiencesMinimum Qualifications
Creative, innovative, flexible thinker who can effectively manage through ambiguity and evolving strategies while driving decision-making Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to influence and drive decisions across multiple cross-functional stakeholders Technical fluency – ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with Engineering and Finance partners. Proven ability to balance business needs and tech feasibility Exceptional relationship and collaboration skills, including the ability to work in a matrixed environment across Technologies, Product, Marketing, and line of Business partners Working style that is resourceful and adaptable to changing needs in a fast-paced environment Strong project management skills and attention to detail Experience leading colleagues, directly or indirectlyPreferred Qualifications
BA/BS required, MBA and PMP certification a plus Product development experience strongly preferredSalary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
