What is the opportunity?

The Director Enterprise Risk is responsible for assessing adherence to the Bank’s risk frameworks through oversight activities, KPI development and the annual risk maturity assessment.  Working collaboratively across risk stripes and regions will be imperative to ensure maturity assessment is well executed and informative to ongoing risk management enhancements.

What will you do?

Update, coordinate and report results of the risk maturity assessment

Perform oversight to ensure that the risk frameworks are adhered to.  This would include leading the risk maturity assessment, developing KPIs and performing other oversight activities that would allow for adherence to be assessed.

Manage relationships across regions and the enterprise to support effective assessments of risk maturity and framework adherence

Work with risk stripes, leadership to complete and report results of the assessment

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Experience in enterprise risk, experience with risk and controls, experience in operational risk, experience in an audit or assurance role, experience working with data sets and performance indicators

MBA, CPA, CIA or equivalent work experience
