The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team: The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team within Enterprise Services (ES) is looking for a passionate program leader to lead ES Service adoption activities in support of the oneRTX strategic initiative. oneRTX is the RTX opportunity to leverage the scale of our three business units to improve collaboration, cost structure, productivity and performance. The S&T team is focused on using Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) methodology to maximize cost reduction, quality improvement, and enhanced experience while maintaining compliance through increased adoption of services provided by ES, resulting in de-duplication, simplification and standardization of services, processes and technology across RTX. The role will require working with leaders within the RTX corporate organization and the 3 RTX business units to develop and execute plans that create the greatest value for our employees and shareholders. The Director of Strategic Programs will lead ES Mission Area transformation activities with velocity, serving as a key member of the both the ES S&T and ES Mission Area leadership teams. With the support of direct reports, this role is responsible for leading Real Estate Transformation activities including workplans, transition plans, business case development, financial management, communications and change management, and transformation execution, while ensuring incorporation and sharing of lessons learned across ES Service Adoption activities, timely execution of deliverables and process improvement activities. The role is highly collaborative with the ES Mission Area leadership team, who own all customer relationships and services for the ES. The successful candidate will enjoy: + Daily interactions with world-class experts and cutting-edge technology. + A dynamic work environment. + Building strong working relationships, both internally and externally. **What You Will Do** + Oversees all the oneRTX ES Mission Area transformation program to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules and budgets. + Defines strategies for establishing and implementing milestones, program plans, schedules, and budgets for oneRTX ES Mission Area transformation to ensure overall oneRTX operating model and financial commitments are achieved. + Leads strategic planning efforts for oneRTX ES Mission Area transformation program and execution of transformation activities, including customer contact and influence, proposal development, and negotiation. + Owns operational decisions within the context of long-term strategic goals and objectives. + Proactively evaluate program activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances. + Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, dependencies or barriers that may hinder strategies, roadmaps and project execution. + Identify and leverage various program interdependencies to ensure synergy between and across all teams to promote efficiency realization across the enterprise. + Identify additional cost savings to reduce overall program costs. + Ensure quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms are in place to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall program objectives. + Collaborate with ES Partnerships, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Change Management, Communications, and other RTX partners to ensure strategic alignment, compliance and executable plans. + Adhere to CORE and project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools, capturing best practices, and identifying areas for process improvement. + May require up to 25% domestic travel. + Onsite preferred at either Farmington, CT; Richardson, TX; Cedar Rapids, IA; hybrid with minimum 2 days onsite acceptable. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
