Director - Enterprise Valuation Team
Team Leader for Enterprise Valuation analysis across all industries, supporting leveraged lending and other collateral-light transactions, including both performing and distressed companies.Mange workflow, delegate responsibilities and train/mentor junior teams of analysts and associatesReview work product and own final approval of enterprise valuation deliverablesSupport risk management and regulatory teams for all requirements related to enterprise valuationOwnership of Enterprise Valuation policy, working closely with Senior Management and the Credit Policy team for improvements/updates to policy.Partner with credit officers and underwriting teams, providing accurate and consistent EVs, providing support to challenges and questions from second and third lines of defenseMaintain and update the banks valuation models, utilizing discounted cash flow, Guideline Public Companies and Precedent transaction analysis, owning all methodology, inputs and assumptions.Demonstrate thorough understanding of enterprise valuation market, including written and verbal presentations to senior management, as well as interactions with other verticals/regions within the bank. Develop reporting functions for EV requirements and outputsUtilize and develop comparable databases and resources, leveraging market resources, such as S&P Capital IQ, Duff and Phelps and othersBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeProficient with enterprise evaluation including risk management, valuation models and understanding of enterprise valuation marketStrong written and verbal and presentation communication skillsStrong analytical skillsMinimum of 3 years of management experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Experience in valuation analysis in the banking industryExperience training/mentoring junior teams of analysts and associates
