Your role:
As the Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) for the Fertility and Cardio-Metabolic Care and Endocrinology franchises, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our initiatives. You will lead the development and execution of HEOR strategies that enhance product value, driving the creation of health economic models and real-world evidence. Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders, you will align strategic priorities to support market access strategies. Your expertise will ensure that study results are effectively published and presented in relevant forums, maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups. You will oversee the creation of global master value dossiers and HTA submissions, optimizing pricing and reimbursement through comprehensive evidence development. Your leadership will enhance health economic literacy among customer-facing teams through targeted training programs. Who you are:

You hold an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Health Economics, Public Health, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, or a related field.You have at least 15 years of experience in health economics and outcomes research, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.You possess extensive experience in fertility and cardiometabolic care, with a proven track record of publications in relevant research.You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating a collaborative approach with external institutions and service providers.You are results-oriented, with excellent communication and leadership skills across functions and geographies.You have expertise in health economics, real-world evidence generation, and HTA processes.You are a team player, comfortable in a matrix environment, with effective time management and organizational skills.You can integrate and present complex data to diverse audiences with precision and reliability.
