Job Summary:
Reporting to the SVP Total Rewards, the Director Executive Compensation will be responsible for leading the development, design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs for executives. The role involves collaborating and providing expert consultancy with senior leadership to ensure that the company’s executive compensation strategies are competitive, align with organizational goals, and comply with regulatory requirements.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides input to strategy and design of Executive programs in consultation with Executive Compensation Consulting firm.Ensures design of plans are executed per regulations, Compensation Committee decisions and plan documents, including base salary and short-term incentive plans, as well as executive benefits plans.Co-create compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain executive talent, while aligning with business goals and shareholder interests.  Collaborate with independent Compensation Consultants to benchmark programs against peer companies and industry best practices.Partner with executives to provide education on total rewards programs and ensure excellent employee experiences.Executive market pricing and benchmarking.Prepare Compensation Committee materials for review, including compensation analysis, recommendations and reports.
Required Skills/Abilities:Experience in design and implementation of compensation/reward and recognition programs across multiple geographies.Proven ability to design and deliver innovative and competitive benefits and wellness programs.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced expertise in MS Excel.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence key stakeholders.Strong knowledge and experience with change management and communication principles.Technical knowledge of benefits design including H&W and retirement plans.Proven, influential leadership skills.Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders; consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority.Ability to operation in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Flexible and comfortable to roll-up your sleeves, accustomed to being hands-on. Demonstrated excellent communication skills – both oral and written.Demonstrated growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on compensation and benefits programs.Compensation and/or benefits certification(s) preferred.Experience implementing and administering compensation programs in Workday.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and conduct compensation modeling.Proven experience in successfully partnering with cross-functional senior leaders and external experts to design and executive compensation programs that align with the company’s strategy and goals.Ability to effectively communication programs to executives and employees
