Director of Finance, Cost & Reimbursement Position Summary 

The Director of Finance and Reimbursement is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of various Finance Department functions and activities. This position is responsible for the projection of Hospital revenue for the budget and monitoring and reporting changes. This position is also responsible for the reporting and implementation of regulatory changes related to HSCRC and the governmental payers.  This position is responsible for maintain the Hospital Charge Description Master and ensuring processes are in place related to charge capture activities.  Finally, the Director is responsible for the implementation and updating of the cost accounting system.

Director of Finance, Cost & Reimbursement Position Requirements  

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience required, with at least five (5) years healthcare experience, and at least five (5) years in a leadership position.

Director of Finance, Cost & Reimbursement Schedule  

Primarily day shift, Monday – Friday  Evenings and weekends may be required.

Director of Finance, Cost & Reimbursement Benefits 

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
