Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: Directs the department's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization. Responsibilities: + Develops and implements departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. + Manages and evaluates departmental operations, including information technologies, service level determination and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives. + Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. + Assists with the preparation and evaluation of departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. + Plan, direct, and manage the overall financial performance, financial policies, internal controls, accounting practices, budgets, and financial reporting for the assigned entities. + Develop consistent financial processes and workflows across all entities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. + Oversee financial processes and functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong internal controls. + Complete data requests, financial analysis, and budgeting, and manage month-end and year-end closing responsibilities. + Work closely with senior and executive leadership to ensure optimal financial performance and support for strategic initiatives. + Lead entity physician contracting and payment coordination. + Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
