The **Director Financial Planning and Analysis** is responsible for the design and execution of the VOI Operating P&L construction, consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical processes. Developing financial & operational reports, executive presentations, and / or predictive models for management as well as special ad hoc analyses as necessary. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday. **How You'll Shine:** + Direct the development and implementation of the corporate annual operating plan (aka budget), monthly forecasts and post mortem reviews as it relates to the segments and corporate. + Direct and coach leadership team to develop, implement and interpret complex financial and data modeling concepts driving effectiveness and efficiency for the leaders. + Review and create monthly reporting packages identifying key drivers and metrics performance against budget, prior forecasts, prior year(s), etc. + Performs other duties as needed **What You'll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, Master’s degree preferred. CPA, CMA, CFM, or other professional certification preferred + Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities + Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish and maintain value added relationships at all levels of the organization. Effective delegator. + Ability to work as a crucial trusted business partner. + Excellent presentation and communication skills + Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, while focusing and executing tactically to ensure successful and timely outcomes. + Proven mastery of progressive financial modeling and valuation methodologies as well as sound general financial management practices. + Detail oriented and process focused with evidence of driving measurable results within established timelines. + Ability to understand the business drivers behind the financial statements and how they affect financial performance. + Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines + Intermediate to advance skills with Excel / Word + Experience with Oracle Essbase / SmartView, Peoplesoft preferred. + 5+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity, with particular expertise in financial planning and analysis in a forward thinking rapidly expanding environment. + 3+ years’ experience in management of a related financial/accounting function. + 2+ years’ experience in leading other leaders preferred. + Timeshare industry experience, preferred _Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement._ **How You'll Be Rewarded:** We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
