Department: Flight Services Position: Director Flight Services Location: ISB - Airport Number Of Openings: 1 Description: - Developing and implementing strategic plans for flight services department in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the airline.
- Leading and managing a team of flight services managers, supervisors, and staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure efficient and effective flight services
- Oversees and ensures airline cabin crews' conformance to personal appearance requirements and performance of preflight duties according to company standards.
- Ensuring that flight services comply with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies, including crew training, and emergency procedures.
- Implementing initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience during flights, -including onboard services, amenities, and passenger communication
- Collaborating with other departments such to ensure seamless coordination and integration of flight services with overall airline operations.
- Leading initiatives for continuous improvement in flight services, seeking feedback from customers and stakeholders, and implementing changes to enhance service quality, efficiency, and safety
-Contributing to the training and development of new cabin crews, ensuring they are well-versed in airline policies and procedures.
Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: 6-9 years Required Skills: - Proven Leadership qualities in aviation industry.
- Proficient in Ms. Office.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with significant experience in creating
& delivering written proposals & public presentations.
- Background knowledge on cabin crew operational environment and standards related
to service and safety operational.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Physical Requirements: Female Age (Min): 30 Age (Max): 50
