Responsibilities include: * Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze financial statements and operational performance to drive decision-making, identify financial risks and opportunities, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking * Provide financial insights to senior leadership, evaluate potential projects and investments, develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance, and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors impacting the business * Oversee job cost tracking, WIP reporting, and variance analysis, monitor labor recovery and SG&A costs, implement cost-saving strategies, and collaborate with leadership to optimize resource allocation * Prepare financial reports for executive leadership, ensure compliance with reporting standards and internal controls, and collaborate with auditors, lenders, and stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability * Other duties as assigned
