What You’ll Do

Be a True Business Partner

Serve as a trusted advisor to BU leaders, shaping strategy, spotting risks and opportunities, and driving operational excellence Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans with business priorities Hold the organization accountable for delivering on commitments, KPIs, and value creation

Lead Financial Planning & Analysis

Own the Annual Operating Plan, Monthly forecasting, and long-range planning process across the company and BUs Track performance vs. plan, deliver variance analysis, and recommend course corrections Provide clear, actionable insights on revenue, margin, cost, and capital allocation Turn complex financial data into simple, compelling recommendations for action

Drive Performance & Results

Establish and track key metrics that drive profitable growth and efficiency Build best-in-class models, dashboards, and reporting tools that create transparency Identify opportunities to expand margins, reduce costs, and boost operational effectiveness

Inspire & Develop Talent

Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing FP&A team Create a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement Ensure strong communication and alignment between finance and the business

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, ideally within a global, multi-business-unit environment. Proven track record as a strategic business partner and influencer at the senior leadership level. Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and performance management. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to distill insights and influence outcomes. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams. Bias for action: willing to roll up sleeves, challenge the status quo, and drive change. Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven organization (e.g., top-tier multinational, Fortune 500, PE-backed, or leading industry players) is a plus.

 

This role is based out of our corporate headquarters in Mason, MI working a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is available for currently located outside the area.
