What You’ll Do
Be a True Business Partner
Serve as a trusted advisor to BU leaders, shaping strategy, spotting risks and opportunities, and driving operational excellence Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans with business priorities Hold the organization accountable for delivering on commitments, KPIs, and value creationLead Financial Planning & Analysis
Own the Annual Operating Plan, Monthly forecasting, and long-range planning process across the company and BUs Track performance vs. plan, deliver variance analysis, and recommend course corrections Provide clear, actionable insights on revenue, margin, cost, and capital allocation Turn complex financial data into simple, compelling recommendations for actionDrive Performance & Results
Establish and track key metrics that drive profitable growth and efficiency Build best-in-class models, dashboards, and reporting tools that create transparency Identify opportunities to expand margins, reduce costs, and boost operational effectivenessInspire & Develop Talent
Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing FP&A team Create a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement Ensure strong communication and alignment between finance and the business

This role is based out of our corporate headquarters in Mason, MI working a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is available for currently located outside the area.
