PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Director of Global Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for strategic and management responsibility for IT resources operating and supporting the IT systems, development, operations, infrastructure, and standards compliance, for SDx reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. The Director Global I&O is responsible for overseeing, supporting, planning, managing, and maintaining strategic alignment with the Company’s business goals and initiatives across all Global Infrastructure & Operations functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts as a trusted adviser, building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders and executives throughout the Company functional organizations to develop a clear understanding of business needs in the capacity of a trusted advisor on I&O matters.
Provides direct leadership, motivates, and develops all cross-functional staff in the I&O team, optimized for successful business execution.
Develops and controls annual operating and capital expenditure budget for I&O.
Is responsible for vendor management and negotiations for third-party services related to I&O.
Supports due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions for business development initiatives. Develops a transition/cutover plan for mergers and acquisitions as needed.
Engages the IT pier organizations and process owners and leads collaborative planning efforts to leverage emerging technologies for addressing Company’s strategic business goals and overcoming technical challenges.
Provides strategic alignment over the management and support of supplemental third-party add-on products for I&O managed solutions.
Oversees the prioritization and execution of enhancements to existing systems and day to day operations of business applications managed by I&O.
Is responsible for devising new solution/system introduction, implementation, and transition plans, in alignment with the Company’s business roadmap.
Empowers IT Governance and Change control amongst IT and business teams to prioritize and implement improvements to critical systems maintaining GDPR, PCI-DSS and in partnership with peer IT departments.
Oversees recommendations for improvements with regards to enterprise data architecture strategy and manage enterprise-wide storage, backup, integration, and accessibility of data, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Provides oversight of IT operations, network administration, helpdesk, collaboration solutions and telephony.
Oversees the solutions, implementations and support of IT infrastructure components including, but not limited to, telecommunications, servers, and other enterprise-wide IT resources: internet access, etc.
Oversees strategies that optimize reliability, availability, resilience, and performance of the IT infrastructure.
Creates strategic and tactical plans for IT infrastructure development to meet projected business needs and the evaluation and exploitation of new technologies, (On premise, SaaS, and cloud), in the most cost-effective manner.
Oversees and is responsible for systems and procedures to protect the company’s information systems assets and customer data from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, destruction, or loss.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer systems, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
10+ years related experience in Information Technology and IT Project management showing responsibility and progression. As well as experience in managing staff.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated leadership skills; leads by example and learns from others.
Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people, as well as communicating both diplomatically and tactfully.
Displays a strong technical knowledge of telecommunications, network, and PC operating systems, as well as current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute individual and team tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Possess “can do” attitude and business acumen to solve business problems and take initiative to find opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ability to recruit, select, orient, and train employees; maintain a safe and secure work environment and develop personal growth opportunities for staff members.
Strong project management and organization skills. Track record of successful delivery of IT projects on time and on budget.
Experienced in managing on-Premises, Web/Mobile and cloud SaaS based applications.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, strong listening skills, ability to communicate clearly with all levels within an organization. Strong customer service orientation.
Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Broad knowledge of information technology processing systems, concepts, and methodologies. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.

The target base pay range for this position is $135,000 - $185,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
