As a Director HR - CORP Strategy here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for\nleading and overseeing all aspects of HR management within the Enterprise\nStrategy functions including Portfolio and Offering Management, Brand Strategy\nand External Communications, Corporate Strategy, and Partnerships and\nAlliances. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the\noverall corporate strategy growth remit to drive business success. Your role\nwill involve business transformation initiatives, strategic talent planning and\nacquisition, employee engagement, enabling effective performance and incentive\nmanagement, and employee development. This will require you to collaborate with\nbusiness leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR\nsolutions that support their goals.

You will report directly to the VP of Human Resources for Strategy &\nCommunications, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location\non a Hybrid work schedule following your first 90 days in position.

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring we have the right\npeople in the right roles to drive business success. You will play a critical\nrole in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their\nbest and drive change across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead enterprise-wide business transformation for achieving growth imperatives
• Provide indirect leadership and partnership to a group of HR leaders from\nwithin the Honeywell SBGs, regularly collaborating on critical business and HR\npriorities.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,\ncompensation and benefits, and employee development.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with\nbusiness objectives and drive employee engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
• Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and industry\ntrends.


YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at\nall levels of the organization.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,\nand employee development.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
