In this HR expert role, you will lead HR Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects for the Bosch Group globally, with a focus on in the America’s. You will work in close partnership with senior leadership, divisional and Corporate HR and be part of our global HR M&A team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead HR M&A activities in Americas together with an HR representative from the acquiring division and connect Bosch Corporate headquarters (C), the HR country center of excellence organization (COE) and the acquiring division to drive the M&A process in different projectsDesign, install, enable and optimize global standards, policies, and processes with an emphasis on HR support for the M&A and Divestment lifecycleProvide expertise to develop HR strategies and programs to drive post-merger integration (PMI) efforts, including but not limited to performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, culture integration, communication and organizational designCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify and assess HR M&A and PMI-related needs, and provide solutions to support the local and global integration of newly acquired companies, mainly focusing on the AmericasEnsure quality and risk management in the HR M&A and PMI processAct as a subject matter expert for M&A and PMI-related HR issues towards the global projects lead, global and local board of management and business stakeholders, and provide guidance and support to HR and other teams across the organizationStay abreast of current trends and best practices in PMI and HR, and ensure that our programs and processes are aligned with industry standardsSpecial projects and/or support of other global M&A and Divestment projects, as neededQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in HR or related field10+ years of human resources experience in a variety of functions including knowledge of innovative HR tools and resources or 5+ years in leading M&A activitiesExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet project plan deadlines and adjust to changing business demandsStrong sense of ownership and responsibility paired with a clear focus on value contribution and results orientationStrong business acumen and customer orientationStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookPreferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience leading HR M&A and PMI projectsDemonstrated experience in project management leadership and change management fundamentalsSubject matter expertise knowledge of a variety of US HR functions including compensation, benefits, M&A/Divestment, PMI, HR compliance and labor / employment lawDemonstrated ability to work effectively and build relationships across a variety of teams, levels and varying culturesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise judgment to identify and quantify project risks and opportunitiesDemonstrated ability to stay current on new and diverse HR M&A tools, trends, and resourcesAdditional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
