Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Chief Infrastructure Architect to lead the enterprise-wide technology architecture across all infrastructure domains. With over 25 years of proven expertise, the ideal candidate will define and drive strategic transformation across a complex infrastructure landscape—spanning Wintel, Linux, Network, Voice, Collaboration, Mobility, Observability, End-User Computing, and Service Desk operations.

This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and ensures that infrastructure investments are aligned with business objectives, operational excellence, scalability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the end-to-end infrastructure architecture strategy, aligned with enterprise and digital transformation goals.

Architect secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across multiple infrastructure domains:

Wintel & Linux Platforms

Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, Wireless, Firewalls)

Unified Communication & Collaboration (Cisco, Microsoft Teams)

Mobility & Endpoint Management (Intune, MDM/UEM)

Observability & Monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, AppDynamics, etc.)

End-User Computing (VDI, physical endpoints, OS lifecycle management)

End-User Services & Service Desk (ITSM, automation, FCR, CSAT)

Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership, translating strategic requirements into robust architectural solutions.

Lead the architecture governance process, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and regulatory compliance.

Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, containerization, Zero Trust, and SASE architectures.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption.

Collaborate with engineering, security, DevOps, delivery, and application teams to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions.

Develop and maintain blueprints, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.

Support pre-sales and solutioning activities, including RFP/RFI responses and large-scale client engagements.

Mentor a team of infrastructure architects and engineers, fostering architectural best practices and innovation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

20+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture.

Strong hands-on expertise in multiple domains including compute, network, security, cloud, and end-user technologies.

Proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions.

Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL frameworks, and service delivery practices.

Deep knowledge of data center and cloud-native infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Hybrid Cloud).

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience with security frameworks, disaster recovery/business continuity planning, and compliance (ISO, NIST, etc.).

Preferred Certifications

TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification

ITIL Expert or Foundation v4

Advanced vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Red Hat)

Cloud Architect Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
