About This Opportunity As a Director II, Business Development at InComm, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining relationship opportunities with health benefits brokers and consultants in an effort to increase the visibility of InComm, ultimately leading to more broker and consultant-generated sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Director of Sales, Business Development Representatives, Client Success, Product, as well as other internal stakeholders to assist in delivering an engaging and effective message in the market. Responsibilities Identify Innovation Leaders within high-value strategic partners (Mercer, AON, WTW, Gallagher, Lockton, etc.). through virtual and onsite meetings and events. Build understanding about our solutions and capabilities and expand the broader conversation around spending account strategies with key innovation leaders in the benefits consultant/broker space. Own the day-to-day management of assigned partners and their clients and act as the liaison between InComm and a targeted group of SMEs. Identify and cultivate new SME Consultant relationships and partnerships. Map out various decision-makers by broker, territory, state and influencers needed to close deals, effectively engaging all to win new business for InComm Develop growth strategies and execution plans that deliver high revenue goals through driving qualified opportunities from consultants to the sales team. Execute on various marketing campaigns that generate demand and awareness. Collaborate with Strategic Alliances and Cross-Functional Leaders from internal teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success and Operations to execute against strategic goals. Develop and negotiate assigned Partnerships with National Consulting Houses and Preferred Vendor Status Agreements. Establish a regular education rhythm with key regional consulting houses and participate in innovation days (or the like) with the goal of influencing what consultants present to their clients. Represent InComm at national and regional conferences and events. Effectively manage a broker-generated sales pipeline Provide market feedback to help further refine our ideal customer profile across industries within the employee benefits broker channel Meet or exceed personal sales quotas and activity metrics including dials, emails, connects, in-person & virtual and in person meetings, and demos Qualifications You are entrepreneurial and a self-starter.
