We have a cornerstone and highly visible position located in the lovely Central Coast of California!

This region is known for expansive vineyards and top notch wineries, and Santa Maria-style barbecue, a local specialty. Spend the afternoon at the wineries, or perhaps pack a picnic lunch for one of the sprawling parks then a trip to a museum. We also have a beautiful shoreline for sunrises and sunsets, surfing and other watersports, or for just a relaxing walk on the beach while listening to the waves.

As our Director of Diagnostic Radiology you will oversee Imaging Services for Marian Regional Medical Center and Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, comprised of Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.

You will strive to lead and inspire upward of 80 staff members working in a fast paced environment, and to empower the 2 Managers and other front line leadership to drive day to day clinical operations while promoting quality practices and a culture of teamwork.  This will help allow you to focus on big-picture strategy and growth, ongoing review of services, and to evaluate for the potential of future construction and/or expansion projects.
