As Director, Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) for AERO\nTechnologies (AT) and for Employee Networks you will influence &\nexecute strategy, define organizational business requirements, and collaborate\nclosely with business leaders to drive progress and actions and go-forward\nstrategies at VP and SVP levels.

Key Responsibilities
•       Implement Honeywell’s\ndiversity initiatives and activities that interact readily and effectively with\nI&D councils, employee networks and functional teams. Provide oversight\nover and advocate for these groups; ensure their strategic impact on the\norganization.
•       Serve as a change\nagent, thought leader, influencer & subject matter expert on inclusion and\ndiversity-related issues that impact the company.
•       Develop and implement\nspecific diversity objectives and business plans to align enterprise I&D\ninitiatives with the assigned business units’ strategies & metrics,\nfocusing on the workplace, workforce & community.
•       Serve as the\nenterprise I&D focal for assigned employee networks/resource group.
•       Establish and\nmaintain a maturity model for the employee network, ensuring continuous\nimprovement and growth.
•       Develop and implement\ngovernance processes to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the\nemployee network.
•       Provide training and\nonboarding for employee network leaders and champions, empowering them to drive\ninitiatives within their respective areas.
•       Embed inclusion and\ndiversity into all aspects of talent and performance management processes in\npartnership with HR.
•       Drive local\nengagement initiatives with relevant external organizations, thought leaders,\npartners & vendors. Align community engagements with the global I&D\ncommunity engagement strategy.
•       Ensure the I&D\nagenda is reflected in the workplace & in business activities, including\nmarketing materials, suppliers/vendors & community-facing efforts.
•       Prepare the required\nreporting and brief the Business and HR Leaders.
•       Facilitate\nopportunities for staff training, collaborate with human resources (HR) to\nenhance recruitment, hiring, promotion and retention of diverse candidates, and\nprovide support in recruitment events.
•       Maintain knowledge on\ncurrent and emerging developments/trends for I&D, assess the impact, and\ncollaborate with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments\nin current and future strategies.
•       Serve as a leading\nexpert in providing I&D educational programs to the employee population in\nalignment with the global Steering committee governance.
•       Build relationships\nwith leaders, stakeholders & HR colleagues to drive diversity-related\nmessages throughout the organization.
•       Educate, partner,\nconsult, and collaborate with business and HR areas to effectively build,\nincorporate, and manage business I&D initiatives.
•       Collaborate with the\ncommunications team to create and incorporate communications to increase\nI&D awareness for assigned businesses in alignment with the global I&D\ncommunications governance.
•       Develop &\nimplement best practices for diversity and inclusion action planning. Ensure\nbusiness accountability for follow-up.
•       Develop tracking\nstrategies to monitor and evaluate the impact and return on investment of\ninitiatives; develop reports on program effectiveness and make recommendations\nfor program enhancement and improvement.
•       Support I&D\ninitiatives as assigned by the global I&D Steering Committee and business\nleadership.
•       Collaborate with other\nmembers of leadership to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with\ncommunity organizations and other entities as appropriate. 

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.


YOU MUST HAVE:
7+ years of experience\n in progressive roles within the Human Resources function or Inclusion and\n Diversity function
Proven record of\n achievement in driving inclusion and diversity initiatives
Proven experience\n implementing change management methodologies and tools

•       High attention to\ndetail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities\nsimultaneously.
