Job requirements:

Minimum Education:  Bachelors degree required

5 years of hospital experience required, leadership experience preferred

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.  Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.  Effective human relations skills are required for interfacing with team members, all levels of staff, physicians, and other contacts.
