As **Director of Innovation, VESO,** you’ll **partner with leaders across our global operating companies (OpCos)** to enhance business processes, implement cutting-edge methodologies, and **fuel sustained innovation-driven growth.** **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + **Influence Innovation Strategy –** Partner with Product Development/R&D leadership to develop and execute **Innovation VES roadmaps** that drive measurable business impact. + **Coach & Mentor –** Empower OpCo innovation leaders by **training, mentoring, and fostering best practices.** + **Optimize & Improve –** Enhance **VES Innovation Growth tools,** ensuring their effectiveness across the enterprise. + **M&A Integration** – Play a key role in **due diligence and post-acquisition transformation,** ensuring acquired companies maximize their innovation potential. + **Shape the Future of Innovation –** Contribute to **Veralto’s annual Innovation Conference,** driving thought leadership and industry best practices. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + **Education** : **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing, or Business** (MBA preferred). + **Experience:10+ years of leadership in Innovation & New Product Development** – Product Management experience preferred. + **Expertise in Continuous Improvement** **– Applying lean principles** to innovation is a big plus! + **A passion for experimentation & transformation** – You embrace change, challenge the status quo, and **drive meaningful improvements** . + **Exceptional leadership & communication skills** – Ability to engage teams across diverse functions and global markets. + **Experience developing & delivering training** (both virtual & in-person). We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $135960 - $210,000 USD per year. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
