Director Integrated CX Solutions Marketing- Remote
Job Summary

 Foundever is transforming from a traditional contact center BPO into a CX solutions partner by embedding advanced AI, automation, and analytics into our service delivery model. We seek a strategic marketing leader to leverage deep understanding of our current BPO services, partner closely with Digital Services and AI SMEs, and develop integrated campaign strategies and content briefs. This role is pivotal in translating complex technology solutions into clear, differentiated, demand-driving messaging that positions Foundever uniquely within the evolving CX market.

Responsibilities

•    Develop integrated campaign strategies that clearly position Foundever’s CX technologies as differentiators within existing BPO service offerings.
•    Collaborate closely with SMEs from Digital Services and AI teams to gain in-depth understanding of advanced technology solutions.
•    Conduct thorough analysis and interviews with internal SMEs to identify gaps, insights, and opportunities for effective messaging and positioning.
•    Translate technical insights into strategic messaging frameworks and detailed campaign briefs to guide creative execution of assets such as landing pages, emails, social media posts, paid advertising, video scripts, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
•    Create detailed buyer personas and customer journey maps tailored to integrated technology-enabled services.
•    Provide ongoing strategic feedback and revisions to the creative team to ensure deliverables remain consistently aligned with defined messaging and campaign goals.
•    Partner with sales and digital teams to align campaign messaging with lead generation strategies and sales enablement initiatives.
•    Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, pipeline influence, and refine strategies based on performance insights to maximize impact.
•    Act as a key strategist and advocate in the organization's shift towards becoming a differentiated CX technology solutions partner.
 

Experience

•    Familiarity with CX, AI, contact center services, or related technology-enabled service offerings.
•    Experience positioning technology-enabled service offerings within a transformational or evolving business environment.
 

Qualifications

•    8+ years in strategic B2B marketing roles, preferably with exposure to CX technologies, AI, automation, analytics, or similar technology solutions.
•    Demonstrated skill in translating complex technologies into clear, compelling marketing strategies and detailed content briefs.
•    Proven experience collaborating directly with technical SMEs to distill complex insights into actionable, strategic narratives.
•    Strong ability to define and refine customer personas, journeys, and differentiated messaging frameworks.
•    Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with a proven track record influencing cross-functional teams.
 

Salary Range

The base pay range for this position in the United States is $150,000 - $170,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
