Job Duties and Qualifications Job Description + Oversee the global audit function, responsible for risk assessment, planning, developing, and monitoring annual audit plan. + Drive continuous improvement in both audit practices (procedures and systems). + Provide advice on policies, procedures, fraud detection, and internal controls. + Skilled expertise in global finance operations, audit best practices and corporate governance. + Lead global audit staff, both Houston and Dubai based teams. + Collaborate with executive leadership and ensures alignment with organizational goals. + Report functionally to Senior Vice President of Internal Assurance Services Qualifications + Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices. + Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present audit observations clearly and concisely. + Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, as requested, to meet audit needs. Education and Experience + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline. + CPA/CIA/CISA certification preferred. + 10 years of experience in auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
