Job Summary:

Directs the overall function of technology and information systems.

Responsibilities:

Maintains availability of system including assisting installation at plant sites, providing support to current users, monitoring the system and troubleshooting issues.Defines information systems requirements.Ensures internal customers needs analysis is in alignment with business initiatives.Ensures metrics are defined, valid and shared with all parties.Ensures that projects are scheduled, planned to achieve the right balance of roadmap/strategic developments and necessary ongoing enhancements to maintain the integrity of the application/infrastructure.Proactively drives continuous improvement throughout the enterprise through enhancements to the application infrastructure, processes and knowledge transfer.Identifies creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value added processes, or complete re- engineering of processes and systems).Establishes new measurement systems if/where possible.Exchanges knowledge and information with other iQor facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the iQor organization.Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Requirements:

6-8 years of experience in a relevant iQor IT position.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or computer related discipline required. 

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
