Director IT ISC & Transitions
We have an opportunity for a **Director IT ISC & Transitions** to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model. The Director IT ISC & Transitions leads multiple ERP (SAP) implementation and transition projects within ISC organizations, collaborating closely with business transformation and ERP teams to define project scope, schedules, and budgets. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project managers, driving strong management operating systems (MOS), and operating globally with senior leadership to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while leveraging expertise in SAP business process design, project management methodologies, and transition/M&A projects. As part of the Industrial Automation IT ERP (SAP) team you will closely work together with the Business Transformation Team in IA & ISC as well as with the ERP (SAP) team to define project scope, schedule, and effort estimates.
