In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Build Business Partnerships: Foster strong, strategic relationships between IT and the business, establishing yourself as a trusted partner who drives business success and delivers exceptional service through the effective use of technology; Manage Infrastructure: Lead all aspects of IT and telecommunications infrastructure across the World Area, ensuring alignment with Enterprise IT strategies for standardization, security, and operational excellence; Deliver IT Solutions: Collaborate closely with the business to provide standardized IT and telecommunications services and solutions, tailored to meet business needs and objectives; Optimize Resources: Manage IT resources, including budget, costs, and staffing, while optimizing centrally provided IT services to ensure SLAs are consistently met; Communicate Effectively: Act as an ambassador for IT, facilitating clear, open communication across the organization and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

For This Role, You Will Need:
A degree-level education or equivalent experience; At least 10 years of IT and management experience, including leadership in a matrix organization; Strong technical knowledge and proven expertise in IT infrastructure and operations; Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with additional language skills as a plus;
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
Proven ability to lead global IT infrastructure and operations with a focus on standardization and operational excellence; Expertise in IT service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and driving continuous improvement; Strong stakeholder leadership skills, building partnerships across diverse teams and regions; Experience managing IT budgets and resources effectively.
