Job Description

The Director of Training along with the VP of Training and Operations, and other company stakeholders supports the development and strategy of company-wide training curriculum.  They are responsible for the assessment, creation, implementation of all business-wide training efforts including design, facilitation of engaging live, virtual and other training to support the business goals of the company and ensure exceptional execution of training curriculum to clients.

Identify and assess the training needs of the client organization thru consultation with the client contactsDevelop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needsDevelop training curriculum that target tangible resultsImplement effective and purposeful training methodsDrive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activitiesEffectively communicate with team members, trainers and managementSelect and manage resources, including working with both internal employees, clients, and training vendors to develop and deliver trainingManage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver trainingManage, supervise, and coach other trainers within organizationSupport training curriculum strategy and design and deployment of contentSetting clear direction, effective plans and measurable outcomes through the management of each project to ensure delivery of services are on-time and within budgetSupport budget planning processesEnsuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resourcesProvide training facilitation, as neededAll other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Experience in leading all aspects of a detailed, multi-component program from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsSuperb track record in developing and executing successful training programsCritical thinker with innovative problem-solving skillsHighly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication toolsFamiliar with traditional and modern training processesFantastic organizational and time management skillsStrategic and creative mindsetMeticulous attention to detailExpertise in training and facilitationEducation Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or ScienceExperience and/or Training 15 years of experience in Training and Development,Licenses/Certificates noneTechnology/Equipment Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Preferred Master’s Degree in Science or similar disciplineExperience and/or Training Preferred 15+ years of experience in Training and Development; Preferred 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences Leadership; Preferred 5+ years of experience in People ManagementTechnology/Equipment Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suite, Veeva or similar software, Learning Management Systems

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $148,000 - $200,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
