The Director - LifeLine is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving Emergency Medical Service (EMS) growth and operational strategies. This leader is responsible for ensuring the EMS portfolio delivers the best possible patient and team member experience through safe operations, accessibility, convenience, and quality patient care. This leader will collaborate with senior leadership and front-line team members, executes organizational development strategy, and motivates change initiatives across the business to optimize organizational potential and achieve strategic and operational objectives. The Director will consist of duties including but not limited to clinical teams, quality and education, strategy and business operations, and transport operations. This Director – LifeLine encompasses direct oversight and maintains accountability for the leaders and support staff associated with their scope of work and will ensure collaboration across the organization.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be selected from a diverse pool and will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Requires Bachelor's degree in business management, health administration, clinical specialty, or other related field. Master's degree preferred. 7-10 years of relevant experience.
