This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Director Lifestyle Global Brand F&B reporting to the SVP Global Lifestyle F&B, you will lead and direct all activities of a cross-functional Lifestyle Brand F&B Development, Programming, and Product Development, including creating F&B solutions across Hilton's Lifestyle brand categories in the Americas and working with Global counterparts to ensure Lifestyle excellence.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n

What your day-to-day will be like:

\n\nFacilitate the market entry of new Hilton brands and concepts, and provide brand guidance to owners, asset managers, and operators\nEnsure that appropriate talent is identified to assemble and develop a cross-functional team while leading that team to achieve strategic goals and performance using an agile development methodology\nDirect the strategy and resourcing of Brand Food & Beverage programs, offerings, and activities across all brands in the region\nResolve working schedules and lead outcomes based on project deadlines and projects list\nLead all aspects of tracking and progress of Lifestyle Global F&B brand programs underway, on hold, and in development\nIdentify brand-relevant restaurant operators and concept partners and make recommendations as vital\nLead departmental financials with adjustments as critical and ensure accurate tracking of disbursements\n\n

Brand Solutions Responsibility:

\n\nResolve strategic need to develop well-defined bespoke F&B concepts\nDevelop brand standards and deliver to both franchise and managed properties across the US\nGuide property partners to Hilton’s online Food & Beverage Portfolio of concepts, tools, and standard methodologies.\nDevelop well-defined Master Prototype F&B innovations for use as turn-key solutions by owners and operators and evaluate business opportunities for new and additional prototype concepts\nPresent detailed F&B concept briefs for review to internal partners initially and then to internal and external customers\n\n

How you will collaborate with others:

\n\nCollaboratively work with Franchisees and senior partners to provide brand mentorship, and drive programs across the franchised estate to support their goals and priorities\nLead projects, Ownership relations, Management Company relationships, communications, and timelines with internal collaborators and third-party vendors\nReview Brand Standards for relevance in the market and develop updates in collaboration with respective Lifestyle Brand Heads, Brand Performance Support and F&B Operations\n\n

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nTen (10) years of overall professional experience\nFive (5) years of Corporate Food & Beverage experience in a similar role\nFive (5) years of demonstrated experience leading a team\n60% Travel time required\n\n

It would be useful if you have:

\n\nTen (10) plus years of progressive Corporate F&B experience\nDemonstrated experience in Food & Beverage asset/prototype development and standards implementation\nMasters Degree in Hospitality, Culinary, Hotel Management or Business Degree\n\n
