Job Purpose
Directs and oversees Limousine Team for both Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace. Provides leadership, motivation, and support for dispatchers, limo drivers, car washers, pier representatives, supervisors, assistant managers and manager. Ensures efficiency, guest satisfaction, staffing and productivity. Continual improvement of the guest experience, assuring effective processes, setting goals and department strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all department functions including short and long term planning, as well as day to day operations of both Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace
• Ensure Team Members deliver the high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction
• Utilize data analysis, analytical platforms and forecasting techniques to develop optimization strategies, automate processes and monitor expenses.
• Oversee administrative duties inclusive of contracts, permits, applications, and license renewals for vehicles, outsource services, and service center locations.
• Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and staff satisfaction
• Develop, implement and monitor quality control mechanisms for the department, including service standards, staff grooming, vehicle presentation, and health and safety
• Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuing guest satisfaction
• Monitor and inspect the daily upkeep and maintenance of limousines
• Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Vice President- Hotel Operations

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 4 years of management experience; Relevant work experience in Transportations or Limousine Services an advantage
Knowledge/Certificates: Knowledge of Macau and its attractions
Education: Secondary school diploma or above
Language Abilities: Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Computer Skills: Basic MS Office and Opera system
