Director (m/f/d) IT Delivery Management and Applications Support

 

We are looking for a skilled and driven Director for IT Delivery Management and Applications Support  to lead IT operations at a large site or across multiple facilities. This key role bridges IT initiatives with business needs in supply chain, operations, inventory management, and quality.
As the primary IT representative, you will provide leadership, technical expertise, and management support for local, regional, and global IT projects. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you will drive efficient service delivery, implement impactful systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include managing complex problems, developing strategies in dynamic environments, and leading diverse teams. You will act as a business consultant, analyzing needs and validating IT solutions in collaboration with regional teams. Additionally, you will oversee system implementation, administer laboratory and engineering systems (e.g., LIMS, SAP), and ensure effective system support and maintenance.
This role also involves coordinating IT services, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding the company’s strategic goals and high standards.

You Have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (MS/MBA) are a plus. 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related (GxP) manufacturing industries, including expertise in supply chain, operations, and quality functions. Proven experience managing large teams and delivering IT solutions in regulated environments. Technical expertise in ERP systems, MES, serialization, and engineering systems, with a solid understanding of GMP, SOX, and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.

 

Physical Demands:
