As Director of Project Quality, you will be at the forefront of transformation in warehouse automation. You’ll leverage your expertise to ensure project excellence, driving quality management that empowers our teams and enhances customer satisfaction. You´ll be leading a global motivated and experienced team. Here, your impact matters!    Analyze and Improve: You will coordinate Quality Management aspects by analyzing CoPQ data, running root cause analyses, and defining actionable measures.  Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and initiate continuous improvement projects based on findings, sharing lessons learned. Ensure Compliance: Plan and conduct internal audits, attend process gates, and monitor adherence within Sales and Operations. Train and Coach: Provide training and coaching on Quality Management Systems to enhance team performance and knowledge. Support: Our global project organization to deliver successful projects and interact on this way with relevant other quality functions. Culture and People: Developing your Team, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and foster the awareness of Quality in the organization

  Application Requirements What you need to succeed You have proven Project Quality experiences You are certified as internal auditor (ISO 9001), and have Quality Management experiences (ISO 9001). You are familiar with Quality and Integrated Management Systems. Knowledge of relevant Quality methods (e.g.  Root Cause Analyze, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa) You are an experienced leader, ideally in a matrix organization. Excellent communication skills and fluent English skills round off your profile.
