Forevermark is the diamond brand from De Beers Group. Every Forevermark inscribed diamond is natural, hand-selected and comes with a promise that it is beautiful, rare and responsibly sourced.
Only the most beautiful diamonds are chosen from carefully selected mines around the world in countries such as South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Canada; less than 1% of the world's natural diamonds are eligible to become Forevermark. Each one is expertly cut and polished by Forevermark Diamantaires before it can receive the Forevermark inscription using proprietary technology.
The Forevermark Design & Innovation Centre, located in Milan, creates iconic jewellery designs which celebrate the natural beauty of Forevermark diamonds. These jewellery designs can be seen both on the red carpet and discovered in Authorised Forevermark Jewellers around the world.

Job DescriptionDevelop the Brand Marketing Plan and sponsor client, consumer and market research to understand DeBeer’s brand dynamics, consumer needs and market opportunities.Apply the global directions for the brand/product and sub-brand/product positioning in alignment with the strategic brand direction.Lead all activities about raising brand awareness, establishing brand leadership in the marketplace, leading the integration of the product with consumer marketing and providing directions for retail marketing strategies.Develop Strategic Partnerships and alliances with Communication and Media Agencies.Develop brand equity by a strong mix of Media & Social Media channels on brand/product messaging to create recall value and to the client’s end customer target groups.Develop Brand Activations to enhance the brand presence and salience by conducting BTL activities, events and promotions, celebrity management, and Exhibition participation in relevant markets.Provide overall performance directions in the areas of Public Relations, Alliances, Events and Promotions with content optimization between ATL, BTL, social media & Digital platforms via Articles, blogs, videos, audio podcasts, Banners, FB, Instagram, etc.,Design total retail directions for the brand and ensure its alignment and integration with brand strategies and objectivesDirects and oversees the management of Brand promotional activities for the clients/consumer on all Marketing Platforms.Provide directions for developing and managing strategies for visual merchandising and point of sale.Monitor the quantitative and qualitative impact of the retail trade marketing strategies on sales performance.Monitor and provide direction for the Marketing Logistics Support required for the organization with a focus on the “Last Mile Touch Point”Participate in the development of Exclusive Stores and Multi Brand Outlets (MBO), Shop in Shop to achieve volume and revenue targets as per channel plans.Drive E-Commerce Business by managing the organization's website, engaging the customer journey on Forevermark digital assets -drive web traffic, minimize customer acquisition costs, maximize page views, analyze impressions, click-through rates, conversions etc. and overall service levels.QualificationsMBA from Premium Institute only with specialization in Marketing.12-15 years of experience in Marketing with Brand Organization / Retail organizations and experience working with media houses, advertising agencies, and other marketing partners.Additional Information
