Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and business growth. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a global team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental objectives. RFP Management: Guide and manage the RFP process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions that align with client needs and company objectives. Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and guide future strategies. Event Management: Plan and coordinate the company’s participation in industry tradeshows and events to enhance brand presence and foster business opportunities. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts to attract and nurture leads. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve goals. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to keep Triyam at the forefront of the sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or healthcare industry. Strong expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and RFP management. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
