Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops, refines, and executes Medicare telesales strategy, including partnership with Dial America and across the various sales channelsLeads efforts with supporting areas (e.g., Analytics, Development, etc.) and stakeholders within the Medicare Sales team to define and implement enhancements to tele sales capabilitiesLeads cross-functional meetings to drive to decisions, identifying and tracking follow-upsProvides decision support by working with stakeholders to distill information and organize recommendations with leadership. Anticipates requests for additional information, supports with research and analysis, and surfaces key takeawaysManages range of telesales initiatives of varying complexity, shifting from strategic to tactical as neededIdentifies opportunities for efficiency and improvement in all initiativesSupports VP in the development and management of the annual Medicare tele sales operating budgetPartners with Legal, Regulatory and Compliance to ensure compliance with CMS regulations and Healthfirst policies and procedureMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experienceAccident & Health license5 + years of experience in a rapid-growth environmentPast leadership position managing a Telesales teamKnowledge and understanding of Medicare Advantage, as well as broader the Medicare product spectrumPreferred Qualifications:

Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $150,800 - $230,690
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $124,400 - $190,315
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
