This individual will lead and oversee the deployment and integration of the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring alignment with McCain Foods' business objectives and sustainable growth. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure the smooth implementation, integration, and optimization of the S/4 HANA solution to support our global digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and demonstrated capability in leading large scale projects, process improvement, and change management.
Accountabilities:
Work closely with key stakeholders (business, IT, and vendors) to ensure integration requirements align with business objectives.
Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions and regions to understand concerns, gather feedback, and secure buy-in for the implementation.
Partner with business process owners, digital technology teams, and external partners to define and validate integration requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior leadership through transformation.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of integration goals and outcomes.
Lead the integration and deployment plan, ensuring milestones are met within scope, on time, and within budget.
Proactively manage risks and issues related to integration activities, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
10+ years of experience leading change initiatives.
Experience supporting large scale, cross-functional programs.
Skills:
Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.
Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.
In-depth industry knowledge within the context of food production and technology implementation and stays current with industry trends and new capabilities.
Stakeholder Management: communicates with global and regional process owners and manages stakeholders from both the business and IT teams, ensuring alignment to the process, the solution, its benefits, and their role in its execution.
Able to approach conflict resolution and negotiation with confidence and tact.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Leadership capability in coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
Leverages influence, knowledge, and analytical prowess to make well-informed strategic decisions and to dynamically allocate resources.
About the team.
Reporting to the Global Head of Business Transformation, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration efforts within a large-scale transformation program for North America. The Business Transformation Director, North America Region will be responsible for ensuring seamless alignment between various systems, platforms, and business processes in support of our digital transformation. This individual will work closely with the PMO, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful integration of S/4 HANA and updated business processes. The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report etc.), and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams. This role has the flexibility to be based out of any of our corporate offices in North America (Florenceville, New Brunswick; Oakbrook Terrace, IL or Toronto, Ontario).

Compensation Package: $146,200.00 - $195,000.00 CAD annually + bonus eligibility + Long Term Incentive eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
