Director of Account Management | MYMOVE

The Director of Account Management leads the growth of our partnerships and account management teams at MYMOVE.

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.

What You'll Do

Lead and direct a team of Account Managers who work directly with our Direct Ad Sales partners setting goals and communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback as well as meaningful developmental opportunities, managing performance, providing resources and support as needed, and sponsoring and leading members through change. Working directly with SLT and Operations team to drive business initiatives through our marketplace experience Works closely with the VP and Operations team to maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price in accordance with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Be able to identify shifts in volume and communicate plans with Executive and Operations team to fill the gaps Drives consistent sales growth, seeking opportunities to expand the influence of our new products and services from both the sales and marketing side Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to better understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations from both a marketing and sales lens. Work alongside senior leadership and teammates to create ideal digital customer experiences that maximize revenue Develop and maintain reporting for Executives and Management, both internally and externally. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role across digital media, marketing or digital sales  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as mastery over the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Strong analytical problem solver with the ability to think strategically while seeing the execution all the way through Top talent that has a bias-to-action and thrives in environments where they are creating new opportunities where none currently exist Intellectually curious, takes initiative to dig deeper and understand business drivers Ability to quickly assess client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions. Passion for people development and supportive of a feedback driven culture  Highly proficient in Salesforce Up to 25% travel required 

Compensation

USA Compensation Range: $110,000-170,000*
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
