As the Director of Admissions, you direct the planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and overall operations of all admissions. Education & Experience: + Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field. + Minimum of two (2) years experience in a skilled nursing facility or Assisted Living facility. Duties & Responsibilities: + Coordinate all admissions to the facility. + Readily available and represents the facility to potential residents, families, hospitals, and other referral sources in a positive and professional manner. + Act as a liaison between facility and all community groups and agencies. + Maintain budgeted census mix. + Coordinate admission activities and documentation with all departments. + Works with the team to plan, develop, and implement facility marketing plan. + Provide ongoing assistance to potential residents and their families in negotiating a successful placement.
