Responsibilities:

Aggregate Development – Manage prospecting process for new aggregate reserves. This includes managing the financial modelling, negotiation of the contracts for purchase & further understanding of permittingAcquisition – Oversight & responsible for the acquisition team & full process of acquisitions. From due diligence to post-acquisition integrationStrategy – Identify opportunities in the market to grow the reserves or replenish reserves through a clear understanding of market conditions relating to both customers & competitorsFinancing – Facilitate project financing through internal stakeholder alignment & presentation of business case, this can be internal or to third part financing or seller financing

What you would need:

BA/BSMBA would be preferred but not requiredSome knowledge in aggregate production, geology, mining & processing5+ years experience in strategic planning or a related position within a manufacturing organizationReal-estate, M&A or contract negotiation experience
