The Director of Ancillary Services oversees all aspects of clinical laboratory and imaging services, including but not limited to Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Serology/Immunology, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Transfusion Services, Phlebotomy, Point of Care, Pathology, Histology, Cytology, Rural Health Service Clinic Laboratories and Radiology services, Radiology, Ultrasound, Mammography, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and other diagnostic imaging and modalities. This role involves directing administrative, fiscal, regulatory, and technical activities to ensure efficient operations and alignment with organizational goals. The position requires excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to support exceptional patient care.
