**Job Title** Director of Architecture **Job Description Summary** The Director of Architecture will manage a global team of architects, ensuring the development of scalable and efficient solutions across multiple technology platforms. While Salesforce is a key product area, the role will focus on solutioning across a range of products to meet business needs, emphasizing metrics-driven results and business impact. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong foundation in CRE, and the ability to collaborate with leadership, product, development, and support teams. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** : + **Global Team Leadership** : Manage and mentor a global team of architects across multiple product platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions with a focus on metrics and tangible business outcomes. + **Product Strategy & Architecture** : Lead the design and architecture direction for scalable solutions across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives in the CRE domain. + **Solutioning Around Products** : Collaborate with product teams to develop effective solutions that meet evolving business needs, focusing on the integration of various product platforms (including Salesforce) and their impact on business outcomes and performance metrics. + **SDLC & Agile Methodologies** : Provide architecture oversight during the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) across multiple platforms, utilizing Agile principles to ensure timely product delivery that drives value and efficiency. + **Metrics-Driven Product Delivery** : Implement solutions that prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and achieving measurable results for the business. + **Collaboration** : Partner with business leadership, product teams, and global development and support teams to understand business requirements and ensure solutions are designed to drive successful business outcomes across all platforms. + **Certifications & Best Practices** : Ensure that team members hold relevant certifications (Salesforce, AWS, or other related platforms), promoting best practices in architecture design and solutioning. + **Business Acumen & CRE Expertise** : Leverage deep knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry to ensure that solutions address the specific challenges and opportunities within CRE, with a focus on business impact and measurable outcomes. + **Innovation & Optimization** : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, including Salesforce, AI, and automation, recommending solutions that optimize performance and scalability while delivering clear business value. + **Stakeholder Management** : Present architectural recommendations and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership, focusing on business outcomes and the ability to drive key metrics. Ensure communication is clear and actionable for business decision-makers. **Qualifications** : + 8+ years of hands-on experience in architecture and solution design, with a strong focus on solutioning across various product platforms (Salesforce experience preferred). + At least 3-5 years managing a global team of architects across different technologies. + Certifications in relevant platforms (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or other similar certifications) are preferred. + Strong experience and knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. + Proven experience managing the end-to-end SDLC, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery focused on business metrics. + Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes, working closely with cross-functional teams. + Strong project management and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead globally dispersed teams. + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. + Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, focusing on business value and outcomes. **Preferred Skills** : + Experience with integration platforms and enterprise systems across various technologies, including Salesforce. + Understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple ecosystems. + Experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
