The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Asset, Configuration, and Infrastructure Technology Management who will lead the Asset Management and Configuration Management functions as well as provide people leadership to teams within the Platform Engineering & Operations organization which manages the company’s servers, databases, storage, mainframe, and data centers.
The Team
This person will work with the global team to ensure the organization’s policies, standards, and processes align with regulatory and business requirements, industry best practices, and strategic objectives. This role reports to the Head of Platform Engineering & Operations.
The Impact
This role will be responsible for:
Strategic Planning: Defining the overall vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives. Metrics & Reporting: Overseeing the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet defined service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly reporting to our Senior Leadership Team.Team Leadership: Leading and managing a global team of IT professionals, including asset management, configuration management, and Infrastructure Technology teams. Assessing resource needs to ensure sufficient capacity and coverage.Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to optimize IT service management processes and procedures, and implementing improvements based on best practices like ITIL. Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, managing SLAs, and reporting KPIs.The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree8 + years of experience in ITSM with 5+ years in a team lead capacity2+ years experience in ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management2+ years experience leading and managing global IT teams2+ years experience as a people leader and project managerThe Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage budgets and resources effectivelyProven track record of successful process improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Technology areas#LI-RK1

Salary Range: $134,400.00-$176,400.00
