This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition to helping us get work done, as a manager at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, develop, and inspire the people you are responsible for because we believe in a people-first approach.
If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing. Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. You are expected to meet the following financial, guest, and employee KPIs that are essential to our success.
Analyze and recognize deficiencies or problem areas and provide corrective material, financial and personnel resources to accomplish desired results. Work in conjunction with surveillance to stop theft. Must be knowledgeable in inventory control and maintain cost of goods sheets for outlets and perpetual inventories. Responsible for auditing invoices, transfer sheets and daily cost controls. Audit price points in beverage matrix and match to Infogenesis. Audit all Infogenesis beverage screens for accuracy. Monitor all beverage books and point of sales for accuracy. Understand and utilize all management tools with the department team to achieve all budgetary, quality control, service standards and financial goals in the daily operation of the Beverage Department. Communicate activities to the Vice President of Food and Beverage. Attend all meetings deemed necessary by the Executive Group, and the Vice President of Food and Beverage. Contribute information for daily “huddles” for all properties.
As a Director, you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people. You must also engage and communicate with your team, elevate performance through coaching, develop your talent, and champion collaboration within your team and across the business.

Must have comprehensive beverage knowledge, which includes profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control and purchasing. Must be able to manage time effectively with minimum supervision and must be able to handle a flexible work schedule. Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.So, what do you think?
