Description:
Oversee the Beverage Department. Track product shortages and equipment needs. Interview, hire and train new staff in their job duties. Responsible for liquor inventory, scheduling, shift bids and managing budget and labor costs. Interview, hire and train new Team Members in their job duties. Meet or exceed all budget criteria in managing the department monthly costs. Manage compliance with all brand related initiatives in the Beverage Department. Responsible for beer and liquor inventory.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Experience managing a bar in a high volume beverage environment. Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department. Comprehensive Management knowledge, which includes profit and loss statements, cost control, budgeting, training, and inventory control.
